St. Paul's Community Yoga is held each Monday evening. Our classes are gentle, involving minimal physical effort, but providing maximum benefit in balance and rejuvenation.
Classes are for all ages and genders. Chair yoga is for those who do not feel comfortable working from the mat on the floor. Integral Hatha Yoga is a mat class, followed by deep relaxation.
Suggested donation for each class is $5, which goes to the church, or whatever you can afford.
Chair Yoga: 5-6pm on Mondays at the church. Please wear comfortable clothes, socks, and bring a light sweater and water if desired. We do stretching while seated and while standing next to a chair, followed by relaxation.
Beginner Integral Hatha Yoga: 6:30-7:30pm on Mondays at the Taylors'. Please wear comfortable clothes, socks, and bring a mat, light blanket and water if desired. We do breathing, gentle yoga poses, and deep relaxation/ meditation from the mat. You do not have to be physically fit to participate in this class. Each person participates to the degree they are able.
Come have fun and feel good - this is low impact/no stress!
